Kirstiana Bleu Rosas is a Los Angeles-based Latina/Hispanic actor. She was born and raised in Long Beach, CA and graduated from UC San Diego, Cum Laude, with a BA in Theatre - Emphasizing in Acting and Movement in 2019. She’s previously participated in the Steppenwolf West Summer Intensive held at USC School for Dramatic Arts in 2018. Though she predominantly focuses on acting; Kirstiana originated as a dancer. She has studied Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Hip-hop for numerous years, as well as being a member of the Long Beach hip-hop based dance crew MusicMovesMe aka M3. However, after taking her first Acting and Improv class in 2014, she fell in love with Acting and has been passionate about pursing it ever since. Though she no doubt still holds a great love and appreciation for dance, and even continues to practice it these days; she has also found numerous passions in other aspects of art making. Some of these include, but are not limited to: Stage Combat, Writing, Directing, Choreographing and Costume Designing.
On a more personal note, she is married to her husband of six years (and counting) but have been committed to each other for nearly 14 years. Together, they’ve created a beautiful family consisting of their daughter and son, but recently said goodbye to their fur baby of nearly 13 years. When not onstage, in front of the camera, or working behind the scenes, Kirstiana is usually out hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors with her family. In her own personal time, she enjoys practicing Yoga, Weight-lifting, crafting macrame art, reading, watching movies and cooking delicious meals for her family and friends.
TEACHING
Kirstiana prides herself in working as a Substitute Teacher and an Instructional Aid for SPED and Autistic students. While teaching, she encourages all her students to hone their creativeness, and never lose their ability to have fun and play. While she currently enjoys working in primary and grade schools, she hopes to one day teach at the Collegiate and University level.
